Sorry I don't know what you are talking about.  I imagine it is something you should take up with the City.  The Trustees had nothing to do with this.

I agree with Dale.  Let's go private.  It's time.

So sorry about your little one.  My daughter was also born with an airway obstruction and it was rough when she was little.  I used to have to bring her in immediately whenever something like this would trigger her.  I would usually do a nebulizer treatment right away to nip it in the bud.  Sometimes I would have to stick her head in the freezer until we could get her coughing and gasping for air under control.  The cold air relaxes the bronchial passages during a flair up.   Thankfully she did finally outgrow it.

About the mosquito fogger...I did read something about that on the Wentzville 411 Facebook page recently.  As you may be aware our mosquito population has hit an extreme level recently and the city is supposedly going to be making their rounds.  Controlling the mosquitos is also a health concern for our community as they do carry so many diseases and viruses.  Life is a delicate balance!

This is new information.  If this is true, neither the builder nor the city have addressed that.  We have been shown plat maps that do not indicate any changes being made to our existing subdivision.  Can you please find out more info. about that?  Perhaps you could make a point of inviting them to share more about that on this conversation.  I am sure the rest of the neighborhood would be interested in knowing details about this.
