Hello, 

This is the 4th time that a McBride Truck has been in the new construction area in the early morning. This morning it was around 4:15 and directly behind our home. I have called the City to voice a complaint. 

We had two mcbride workers come into our backyard and start to dig a hole. Has anyone else had this experience? My husband did confront them and asked them to leave. They were not exactly kind in their response. Again, we let the City know. However, is there anything the HOA can do about this? 

I sent your  message via Facebook to the Mayor.  His response was as follows:

Thank you. A city inspector did come out to speak with us and them. They did state the next complaint about McBride would result in a citation.
