Heres a thought go to your neighbor and talk about it. See if they need help cleaning out the garage and getting rid of the stuff.Would be a good community project for a your cgurch group if you have one. Offer to help cut weeds if they are having problems. But then how would you know what they are dealing with, you probably didn't talk to them about itor just plain dont talk to them at all.

It's a full time job looking after my houand the things i need to do. This crap was brought up to the homeowner last year. The homeowner isn't a child and I'm not the parent. Excuse me caring about our neighborhood. Enjoy the Lord's day.

The HOA dont have the teeth you think they do.
