So I see a large 40 yard open top dumpster in the driveway at Vans old house that just sold

This subdivision is going to be all rented houses before long

The Homeowners Association is not doing anything about this

even though its against our Covenant.

When I decide to move, Im going to rent mine out !

Maybe you should run for a Trustee position.  There will be an opening when the annual meeting is held on July 29.
