Privatizing the Hood

Posted in: Fairview Farms HOA
There are private neighborhoods all over the city! All over the city. ! Get up, stand up and fight city hall. They ??œwork??? for you and you have the authority to confront them.

Again,
I agree with Dale.  Let's go private.  It's time!

I no longer have little ones running around this neighbor hood.  As for the young parents that do have kids, this isn't the time to roll over.  Instead show your kids you can stand up and make their home safe.  I'll pay higher HOA fees to help keep the hood safe.

I'm also a veteran, and believe me it would be easier for us to maintain security with one way in and out.

Hello,

I'm catching up with this string of wanting to privatize. This is an option to pursue and it reads as if there is interest. Who involved in this string will lead this effort? I will not as this will be a bigger effort than I have time to devote on a voluntary basis. The organization, research and planning will be more time alone than I have to provide. Just getting everyone in this subdivision to pay their $75 takes an effort with three Trusties. Getting everyone to agree to becoming privatized then contribute their share (which is going to be much more than $150/year) to replace and maintain roads, build gates, maintain street lights, sidewalks, etc. is going to be another very challenging task for someone

We'd be happy to pay $50 a month to privatize.
